Protected area “Ludogorie – Boblata”, NATURA 2000, Razgrad and Silistra districts, covers the lands of villages from the municipalities of Zavet, Kubrat, Glavinitsa and from Tutrakan the villages of Belitsa, Brenitsa, Varnentsi, Shumentsi, Preslavtsi, Staro selo, Nova Cherna and Syanovo, with an area of 4838.03 ha.
The area protects semi-natural dry grass and shrub communities on limestone (Festuco-Brometalia) (*important habitats of orchids), Hazmophyte (rock-loving) vegetation on limestone rocky slopes, Hooded Lark, Rusty Goshawk, Orko Falcon, White-tailed Buzzard, etc.
